Micro coil heaters generally comes into picture when smaller diameter nozzles or nozzle tips or even smaller grooves are needed to be heated. As this heater type has a very complex manufacturing process micro coil heaters can be bend in very complex shapes and small diameters and also has extremely narrow bending radius. It is made in standard cross section sizes i.e. 1.6mmDia & 1.8mmDia , 1.3mm x 2.2mm flat.
