Immersion heaters as the name suggests are immersed into water , oil , or any chemical or compounds that are needed to be heated. Immersion heaters are fitted into large tanks as they are directly in contact with the material they tend to heat up the material faster and more efficiently. Tubular heaters are brazed and fitted into the flanges. There are many sheath options available for making of immersion heaters. It depends upon the material to be heated and what temperatures to achieve. They can be made in variety of flange and design options.
